The Topic of Money…..

On February 15, 2011, in Money, by admin

The topic of “money” is, without question, the most prevalent topic on the minds of most people nowadays. They’re constantly hearing about financial meltdowns in almost every sector of the economy and business, and not just here in the US.

Experts predict that in the next 10 years household wealth in North America will double, exceeding $100 Trillion, creating more Millionaires than at any point in history. According to business & economic Advisor to two US Presidents, Paul Zane Pilzer:

“We’re witnessing nothing less than a millionaire population explosion in the 21st Century and it is all due to THIS formula. This community is a group that often picks up on trends long before the rest of the world has noticed them.”

Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki in their New York Times best seller “Why We Want You To Be Rich” said:

“The rich are getting richer but America is getting poorer. The middle class is shrinking. America is becoming a two-class society. Soon you will either be rich or poor.”

Which will you choose to be?

If you are thinking about starting a home based business it is important to choose a product or service that you are passionate about because when you feel strong about something it shows in your character and in how you relate to your customers. Many people become successful with their home business ventures as a result of being passionate about what they do. Their excitement and enthusiasm radiates to others and others to do business with them.

If you have been working in the 9 to 5 grind you very well may have forgotten what you are passionate about. You get up in the morning, go to the job, go through the motions, and then come home exhausted with a few hours to spend with your family until you go to sleep. The next day the cycle begins all over again and after a period of time you get so ground down that before know it you have forgotten your passions and interests.

So if you are thinking of starting your own business I suggest that you take a time out and sit down to reconnect with yourself to rediscover the things you are passionate about. Then recharge your batteries and get to work on matching your business venture with your passion.

The Big Question

More often than not the people that have succeeded in a business of their own have gotten there as a result determination, focus, and perseverance. These three attributes do not happen unless there is passion behind these actions.

It is easy to get influenced by the naysayer that tells you your idea will not work. These are the people that remain stuck in their situation and often complain but never do anything to change their situation. Also, by nature a lot of us are programmed into the old traditions of go to college, get a job, and then work for the best years of your life in hope that you are healthy enough to enjoy retirement when the time finally comes. So the first thing you need to do is try to break out of that mold and get in touch with what you are passionate about.

The second thing you need to do is ask yourself the big question: Are you going to choose an online venture because it is popular and others recommend it or are you going to work at something you truly enjoy and that brings you a sense of fulfillment? Although the choice is yours doesn’t it make sense that your chances of succeeding will be far greater when you are doing something you love to do?

Some of the most successful ventures were launched with a single idea that came out of a passion for something. So once you have decided on your passion the next thing you need to do is ask yourself, “Is the product something people will want?” The only way to determine this is to spend time researching the product and your market.

If you find something that you are passionate about and the product serves the needs of a specific market then there is no doubt that you are on your way to success with your new business.

If you are not passionate about what you do you are going to end up exhausted and bored for most of the time and you will find it difficult to become knowledgeable on the subject. When you think about it, isn’t this what you are trying to break free from in the first place?

Never Mind the Fear

For some people fear is what drives them to succeed while others become paralyzed by this emotion. At one point or another everyone is afraid to try new things, which is sometimes what keeps us stuck in ways that are comfortable but not necessarily healthy.

Fear is simply an emotion that comes from exploring the unknown and it can be the one key factor that keeps you from working at something you enjoy doing. Try to recognize fear for what it is and keep forging ahead anyway. Once you push through the fear it gets easier to try new things and I think you will find that you will look back and say, “What was I so afraid of?”

Break Out of Mediocrity

You only have one chance in this life to achieve your dreams. The cemeteries are full of unwritten books, songs that were never composed, and dreams that were never achieved. If you work at what you love it will never seem like work and you will look back on your life with fewer regrets about what could have been.

It is our intention to show you a business opportunity that will match your interests and passions with the financial education that is much needed in today’s society

Who Is Paying You?

On October 21, 2010, in Home Based Business, by admin

There are so many people that would love to venture out on their own and be in charge of their life instead of letting someone else call all of the shots and be in charge of the future. In our minds, nothing beats being in charge of our own time and having the freedom and the money to do the things that we want to do.

So why is it that so many people have this desire but choose to remain in a situation where they have to do what pleases their boss not to mention watching out for what their boss will do to them?

The answer lies in rules that we had nothing to do with setting up from the very beginning and the fact that society places a strong emphasis on working a job until you retire. In the eyes of society and sometimes your loved ones, the idea of chasing your dream seems out of character with traditional values.

The other reason people tend to remain in the 9 to 5 grind is that they have yet to develop the mindset of an entrepreneur. You see, in order to achieve the freedom you desire by being able to make your business grow and develop multiple streams of income you must possess what is called an entrepreneurial mindset.

This is the mindset that business owners use to approach the world and settle for great instead of mediocre. It has to do with the concepts that Napoleon Hill discusses in his renowned book “Think and Grow Rich.” This book was first published in 1937 and has been re-published a zillion times and still is read by aspiring entrepreneurs to this very day. Why?

There is a reason that “Think and Grow Rich” has lasted for decades and the reason is because it contains the very principles that people need to live the lifestyle of their dreams. When Napoleon Hill wrote the book he sought out hundreds of successful people to discover their common traits of success. After all, success is not only about your own drive and determination it is also a result of following in the paths of others who have already achieved a proven blueprint for success. In other words, the attributes that make up an entrepreneurial mindset.

According to Napoleon Hill entrepreneurial mindset is all about desire, faith, creativity, careful planning, persistence, and decision making. In addition to that it is all about breaking down the barriers that exist in our subconscious that keep us from reaching our full potential and living the life of our dreams.

The subconscious refers to the beliefs that were instilled in us at the very beginning of our lives which create voices that keep us from achieving the things we want. Our subconscious is what runs in the background and controls us until we realize its presence and take the necessary measures to change the thought processes that we have been so well trained with early on in our lives.

So if you are not born with the entrepreneurial mindset do not be discouraged because if you have the will to achieve the lifestyle of your dreams you can change a lot of the thought processes that you were conditioned with at the beginning of your life. Although it requires constant vigilance on your part to shift your mindset, by following the blueprint of others who have become successful you can learn to develop the entrepreneurial mindset that is necessary for controlling your destiny and achieving the lifestyle you desire.
When you make the shift from employee to business owner there are three things you must remember when it comes to following others who have become successful and that is to stay focused, pay attention to others that have already followed the path, and consistently take action.

If this all seems like a lot of work the fact of the matter is that it is a lot of work which is why everyone is not doing it. Instead it is much easier for them to stay stuck in their comfort zone despite the fact that they are not really happy in their current situation. If you really have the desire to change your situation the truth is….YOU CAN! This is what sets the successful people apart from the ones that choose to settle for less than they had once desired.

You will learn about an opportunity that can unlock your potential, not only in business but in your personal finance and health as well. Write your own paycheck and take control of your days.

Unlike the fabled “get rich quick” businesses, directing your energy into a sustainable and long term business is indeed a wise investment. Building a business takes time and patience which is something that is lacking in the get rich quick mentality. What the quick buck business people fail to realize is that most of the work that goes into building a sustainable business is up front and then it is simply a matter of taking care of the customer, offering quality information, staying on top of marketing trends and improving upon what works. The key ingredient is offering what is sorely needed in the marketplace (that is where we come in).

If you take the time to nurture your business it will eventually nurture you and you will enjoy the rewards of helping others by offering something that enhances their life or helps them to solve a problem. There is not a lot of spiritual reward in a quick buck business when all you do is try to sell a shallow product or something you do not fully believe in and in turn alienate your friends, family and clients.

The old adage that says “Anything worth doing is worth doing right” is quite true when establishing a lucrative career for yourself with a business of your own. Investing your time into building a business is like making a sound investment in your future. It is the equivalent to investing the time to write a good book and then enjoying a nice stream of income for many years to come instead of getting paid to write the book and when it is done you move on to your next venture.

So when you think about leaving your boring job and transitioning into something you love that will provide you with a healthier lifestyle, it makes more sense to invest the time into a business that will last as opposed to choosing the exhausting routine of constantly looking for your next quick buck opportunity. What’s more is that you will feel better about yourself by helping others and you will have made the investment in lots of relationships that will last for a long time.

A sustainable business is not all about the quick buck. Instead it should bring you the elements that make up a balanced lifestyle which include fulfillment, the joy of helping others, good health, and financial independence.

We look forward to assisting you and sharing more information at our Next Workshop!
